Attested Xerox copy of the Photo Identity proof.
Attested Xerox copies of the Educational Qualification and Age proof.
Four passport size photographs (one photo to be pasted on the Admission form
and the other three to be enclosed). Participant's name should be written legibly
at the back of each photo enclosed.
Full fees prescribed for the course as mentioned in the Prospectus. Payment
should be made by Demand Draft only drawn in favour of Dr. Seema Darode's - IICP
payable at Pune. Candidate's Full Name, Admission Number with Date and Name of the
Course selected should be clearly written on the back of the D.D.

The Admission Form should be sent to the Institute.
Incomplete Admission forms or those without the requisite fees will be summarily

After receiving your Diploma you are eligible to practice as a Counsellor. You can practice as a Counsellor in Independent
