Dr. Seema Darode is a Gold Medalist for Excellence in the field of Psychology -addressing children and adolescence academic and behavioral problems. 
She was felicitated with the " Rashtriya Chikitsak Ratna Award " at the hands
of Honorable Mr.Chandrakant Chajed (M.P.) in Pune 2006.
In the year 2007 she was honoured with the " Vidya Ratna Award " in Mumbai for her contribution to the field of Educational Psychology. Again, in the year 2008 she was honoured with the " Dynamic Achiever's Award " at an International Seminar held in Calcutta In 2009 she was felicitated with two more awards-Savitribai Phule Adarsh Mahila Samman at Kolhapur and Priyadarshini Asmita Award at Mumbai. Mother Teresa Excellence Award , 2012 at the hands of Union Minister Hourable Shri M V Rajshekharan. Excellence Award for national society activity, 2012 at the hands of Shri Harish Rawat, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Union Minister of State and Parliamentry Affairs and H. E Mr. Waven Williams, High Commisioner of Seychelles. Rashtriya Gaurav Award, 2012 at the hands of Dr. Bhishma Narain Singh, Former Governer of Tamil Nadu and Assam Ex Union Minister. She was Honoured with Rashtriya Chikitsa Puraskar in 2012. Again she was felicitated with The Noble Achiever of India Award and The Eminent Citizen of India Award in 2013. She was felicitated with The Dirghau Stree Shakti Award in 2013 at the hands of MLA Kamaltai Dhole- Patil in Pune. In the year 2015, she was felicitated with the prestigious Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Sudbhavana Award for Health Exellence and Medal at New Delhi for her "outstanding contribution for National Progress and World Peace" In the year 2016, she was felicitated with the prestigious Pride of India Award at New Delhi, at the hands of Hon. Harish Rawat, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri. Manish Tiwari, Union Minister of State and other prominent National Leaders for her individual and outstanding contribution to the field of Psychology and also towards economic growth and social development of the Nation. On 3rd Aug 2018 again she was felicitated by the Prestigious Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Sadbhawana Award with Gold Medal at the hands of prominent dignitaries at New Delhi. On 25th July 2019, she was felicitated with the prestigious LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD with Gold Medal at the hands of renowned dignitaries. |

She has been a consultant at Pune's well - known hospitals and renowned educational institutes. She has successfully eased problems of children, adolescents and adults alike, through various psychotherapies, and counselling. Dr. Seema Darode is a pioneer in the field of Educational Psychology. She has been addressing educational problems of collegians and school children through fun and learn techniques. She has her own unique way of handling children and youngsters who love coming to the Centre. The Child and Family Guidance Centre specializes in problems of children and youngsters. There is a special unit for Adults too, where problems of adults such as marriage and Pre-marriage Counselling, Family Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Behaviourial problems such as motivation, confidence building, phobia, anxiety, etc. are eased by Counselling and Psychotherapies.
